Welcome to Soniq Architects (the "Competition," "we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you enroll in The Next Soniq Architect competitions.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To facilitate the competition and provide your Soniq Audits, we collect the following:
Account Information: Name and email address provided during signup.
Payment Data: All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store or see your credit card details; Stripe provides us only with confirmation of payment.
Submission Data: Audio files (MP3), song titles, and (if requested) links to AI creation platforms (e.g., Suno, Udio).
Social Connectivity: If you join our required Facebook Group, we may see your public profile information as permitted by Facebook's privacy settings.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your information strictly for the following purposes:
The Soniq Audit: To analyze your submission through Saimon Cowell (our proprietary AI analyzer) and generate your feedback report.
Contest Management: To identify the Top 50, notify winners, and fulfill prizes (Cash, Suno Premier, Judge Seat).
Communication: To send you competition updates, challenge countdowns, and marketing for future Soniq Architect editions.
Integrity Verification: To ensure all tracks are 100% AI-generated and comply with our "No Mimicry" and PG-13 guidelines.
3. DATE OWNERSHIP & AI TRAINING
Your Rights: You retain 100% ownership of the music files you submit.
No AI Training: We do not use your submitted songs to train our AI models or Saimon Cowell’s analysis engine. Your "Sonic Architecture" remains your intellectual property.
Promotional License: By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use full lenght or snippets of your track for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.
4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your data. We only share information with third-party services essential to our operations:
Stripe: For secure payment processing.
Cloud Storage: To securely host your submitted audio files for judging. All songs that do not make it past the heats or the following rounds will be deleted from our cloud.
Email Service Providers: To deliver your Soniq Audits and competition notifications.
5. GLOBAL COMPLIANCE (GDRP, PIPEDA, CCPA)
Canada: We comply with PIPEDA regulations for the protection of personal information.
Europe (GDPR): If you are in the EU, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
United States (CCPA): We respect the privacy rights of U.S. residents and provide transparency regarding data collection.
6. DATE SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account and submissions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. By entering, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
